Design a Food Truck

There are a few reasons for the popularity of Asian food and cuisines in the U.S. There is an increase in globalization and population of  cultures emerging in the U.S.  Americans are generally very open to various elements of foreign culture, such as food. We have built a plethora of Asian food trucks. Just to name a few we built food trucks for, Wyo Thai Food Truck, Bahn Mi Huy (Vietnamese), Bop Bar (Korean), Oiishi Truck (Japanese), and Shanghai Express (Chinese).

Baking food trucks are great assets for business. Everyone has a sweet tooth for baked goods to satisfy their taste buds. You can enjoy them to go along with a hot or cold meal. There are so many picks to choose from; their are cupcakes, cookies, pies, cakes, etc. We have built some incredible trucks to fit each of those categories. We’ve built some fantastic baking food trucks for; Cape Pies, Delaware Provisions, Wicked Good Cupcakes, and many more. Bubba Burger is famously known all over the globe for their incredible burgers. They reached out to Concession Nation in 2016 to build a jaw dropping 22′ food truck. Bubba Burger can be found in stores all over and now in a town near you. This food truck is out of this world. It’s equipped with the  best equipment, the custom wrapping is out of sight, and their channel letters and R.G.B lights adds  extra pizazz. Burger Fi was established in 2011, founded by gourmet chefs committed to serving the highest quality fresh food in an eco-friendly environment. Burger Fi is currently one of the fastest growing burger joints in the nation. Burger Fi reached out to Concession Nation in 2020 to build their very first food truck.

Who doesn’t love coffee & tea? Whether you need it to start the day or to keep you going, anyone can enjoy a cup of hot or cold coffee & tea anytime of the day. We’ve built coffee trucks for Joffrey’s Coffe, Sandy’s Cafe, Delunas Cafe, and Red Diamond Coffey & Tea. The great thing about coffee is that it will never go out of style. If coffee isn’t the only thing you want to sell, you could always add pastries and other items to your menu.

Sweet Frog frozen yogurt food truck reached out to us in 2014 to build a spectacular food truck. They already have establishments across the states and wanted to expand with a food truck.  Sweet frog is well known for their delicious frozen yogurt. The best part is you can get creative with toppings and flavors of your choice. They have something that everyone can enjoy. If you can’t get to the them, they will make it to you.

Moop’s stunning gelato food truck was built by Concession Nation in 2016. It’s full equipped with a geltao case, work table and shelving space, an espresso maker, and refrigeration. It has a beautiful full wrap with two TV’s mounted on the inside of the truck. Gelato is a great treat for everyone to enjoy.

Tanner Health System ordered their first custom built 22′ food truck with Concession Nation in 2018. They heard about the popularity and benefits that another hospital was having with their food truck. Their green egg is a versatile cooking device capable of acting as a grill, oven, or smoker. Their truck also is equipped with a two burner, steam table, double oven, griddle, refrigeration, and plenty of work tables and shelving. It’s also has a with a powerful generator, with a spectacular full wrap, and an outside menu board.

We’ve also built an incredible 18′ food truck for Happy Belly in 2012.  They’ve been voted “One of the Top 10 Healthiest Food Trucks in America” & Voted “Best Truck” at the 2012 Atlanta Street Food Festival! Because of their success with their food truck they were able to open a brick and mortar. Their food truck includes a green egg, a griddle, two burner, broiler, fryer, salad units, refrigeration, plenty of work tables and shelving. They also have a powerful generator, and an awesome full wrap.

Gyro’s are a Greek dish made from meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie, and they taste superb! We’ve built some incredible gyro food trucks; Nyc Gyro (2019), Estia Greek (2019), Google – Blue de Falafel (2016), and It’s All Greek to You (2015), and many more! All of these food trucks share similarities, but each truck is customized to each of the cusotmer’s needs.

Ice cream trucks a profitable business with low cost operations and menus that are in high demand  No special education or experience is needed, it’s a high return on an investment business, you get to be your own boss with flexible hours, it’s easy to franchise, and 100% recession proof. People scream for ice cream. In 2019 Concession Nation has built a really cute vintage vegan ice cream truck for Angie’s Epicurean. In 2018, we’ve built an astonishing ice cream truck for Oki Scoops, U.S. Air Force in Japan; and a wine ice cream truck in 2014 for Wine Not.

Indian food has been influenced by the Mongolian, Persian and Chinese cuisine, among others. The common thread throughout the centuries remains the distinct mixing of spices that invariably give Indian cuisine its flavor and aroma. We’ve built some incredible Indian food trucks for; Mt. Plymouth in 2018, Apna Kitchen in 2017, Star India in 2012, and Naan Stop in 2011.

Some three billion pizzas are sold each year in the United States alone, an average of 46 slices per person. Concession Nation has built a fantastic 22′ pizza food truck for Mannino’s in 2016, and a stellar 15′ food truck for Ciao.

Today, pretzels are a favorite American snack. Soft, salty, and scrumotius, pretzels are a popular snack in the United States; a standard at movie theaters and sports stadiums. They can be enjoyed in butter or dusted with cinnamon-sugar, and cheese. Concession Nation has had the privilege to build numerous pretzel food trucks for Auntie Anne’s and Wetzel’s Pretzels. We’ve built an 18′ and 22′ pretzel food trucks for Auntie Anne’s. We’ve also built four food trucks for Wetzel’s Pretzels.

Concession Nation has built the very first 18′ smoothie food truck in 2020 for the Jamba franchise. Jamba was founded on March 31, 1990, by Perron, who opened his first store in San Luis Obispo, California. Jamba is a company that produces blended fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies and similar products. The company has more than 850 locations operating in 36 U.S. states, as well as the Philippines, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, and Indonesia.

We’ve built an impressive 18′ food truck in 2014 for Taco Me Crazy, and a 22′ food truck for American Burrito in 2020. American Burrito already has a brick & mortar and wanted to expand by going mobile. Taco food trucks are a great investment because, tacos are delicious, you can get creative with the menu, and they’re the perfect comfort food that’s quick and easy to serve.

You can never go wrong with waffles. They are versatile; They can be eaten during breakfast, brunch, dinner, and dessert. We’ve built an incredible waffle food truck for Golden Malted in 2012. Carbon’s Golden Malted is a leading global supplier of one of the world’s most popular waffle mixes. The company supplies waffle mixes, flour, and equipment to an ever-growing list of hotels, restaurants, universities, and theme parks.
