This captivating gooseneck is fully loaded and a golden goose indeed. It has a 12 ft hood with a fire suppression system for its 6 burners range with oven, 48″ griddle, a pasta cooker, salamander, and two deep fryers. It has a type 4′ hood for its Aztec grill and an additional type 4′ hood for its Imperial double convection oven. There’s also a proofer heater cabinet and a floor mixer. Its cooling equipment features refrigerators, freezers, and a  93′ pizza prep. In addition, there is a steam table.

It has plenty of work tables and shelving space to work with multiple staff inside. You can also modify it to add a pantry or storage room if needed.

It has two windows side by side so you can guide your customers’ traffic by order here and pick here lines. It has a porch located in the back to add a smoker. It has a powerful generator and includes full electrical, plumbing, and propane systems, including two propane tanks.

The custom graphic design was installed with a full wrap on specialty, quality vinyl for the exterior of the concession trailer. The interior has beautiful red interior walls.
