You will work with a salesman to guide you on the cooking & cooling equipment, along with the best smoker to choose from, depending on your budget and needs.
Keep in mind there should be worktable space and shelving allowing you to work with multiple staff inside.
Windows and doors can be placed strategically to guide your customers’ traffic.
You may add TVs, menu boards, bathroom, pantry, or storage room, have enclosed porch, open porch, or no porch at all. These are only a few suggestions, all work is custom to meet your vision.
You may include a powerful generator, or use a battery powered system, or connect to local electrical.
All trailers include full electrical, plumbing, and propane systems. Fire suppression systems are added as needed. All trailers are LP inspected and certified.
Exterior graphics can be added to the trailer to complement the exterior color chosen. Or our graphic designer can create a custom design to wrap your trailer.

How savvy of you to decide on a BBQ smoker theme for your mobile-kitchen business? People love BBQ and you can do a lot with it. Will this be a full-time, part-time, or “hobby” venture? Are you intending to only do events, or how about catering? Will the trailer or food truck be parked in one spot and have customers come to you?
What will your menu be? What will be the price point for your menu items? Will you focus strictly on smoked meat and BBQ? Or, will you have other menu items? How many employees will you hire? And, what’s your budget for the BBQ smoker trailer or food truck?
Who are you serving? Will you be dealing with large crowds all at once? Or will they be more spread out? What sort of service will they want? How much will your customer be willing to pay for your food? What elements does your truck or trailer need to attract the right customer? What unique selling point will attract your ideal customer?
Know what you’ll be serving and who you’ll be serving. This will help you design the floor plan with an efficient workflow. A basic BBQ smoker kitchen will have the following: the smoker, steam table, cold table, proofing or warming cabinets, and refrigeration. You may also want a grill, or cook line, or a sandwich prep station.
