To support a diverse menu, we installed a 12-foot hood with a fire suppression system to service six burners, a 48″ griddle, and a specialized pizza oven. Additionally, the layout includes a Type II 7-foot hood for two double convection ovens and a 4-foot hood dedicated to dual deep fryers.

The exterior presents multiple service window openings with long awnings for shade and weather protection. The scaled floor plan shows workstation driven zones, including a 24×48 desk area, built in cabinetry and drawer storage, and custom pantry style storage sections for supplies. It also calls out an undercounter refrigerator plus a microwave and coffee station for crew comfort. Power and climate support are planned in, with a generator shown in the gooseneck front storage area and a 36,000 BTU mini split unit. In 2025, we built this massive 53′ trailer for Innovative Response Group (IRG) Global in Florida. Our crew designed this unit to serve as a high-tech hub for teams working in natural disaster areas.
Technical Command and Communications Hub
To help teams stay connected, the interior features 10 spots for staff to sit and work. Specifically, we added three desks with power outlets, HDMI ports, and USB-C plugs. Furthermore, we set up HDMI channels so staff can show data from their laptops on five different TVs. This allows everyone to see important updates at the same time.
On-Site Crew Amenities and Power Systems
Because teams often work long hours, we built a refreshing station with a fridge, microwave, and AC. Additionally, a strong generator runs the whole trailer’s power and water systems. Finally, we added custom vinyl logos to the outside to make the unit look official and easy to find on the road.
