ONSITE WALK-THROUGH INSPECTION

For those customers who choose to pick up their food trailer or food truck upon completion, we have a personalized walk through inspection of their mobile kitchen. This is to ensure actual kitchen layout is according to your floor plan, learn about the water system, and answer any questions in regards to the operation of your food trailer or food truck . There are several items that are inspected including the electrical outlets, gasoline generator, electrical appliances, water system, marquees, graphics or wrap, awnings, TVs and so on. This does not include the LP propane gas appliances. In the event the customers cannot travel to our facility to perform the onsite walk through inspection of their food truck or food trailer, we can provide a virtual inspection.
