Can I Use Any Size Truck?

Yes, you can choose any size, except in Washington, D.C., where trucks cannot exceed 18 feet in total length (cabin 7′ + box 11′).

Yes, we can convert new step vans into fully operational food trucks.

What Truck Brands Do You Use?

We work with Ford, International, Workhorse, and other reputable brands.

Is There a Warranty on the Truck?

Brand new trucks carry a warranty, and our food truck conversion work is fully warranted. You can also have your mechanic inspect the vehicle or use Fairfax checks.

Can We Provide Our Own Trucks?

Absolutely! We prefer if you provide your own truck, but we can also source one for you.

How Much Does a Food Truck Weigh?

Once converted, a typical food truck weighs around 16,000 lbs. We install new leaf springs and shocks to support the weight.

Are the Trucks on Your Website the Only Options?

No. All food trucks are custom-built to order, so you can design your truck to suit your unique needs.

Can You Help With Permits?

All permits are the customer’s responsibility, but we will guide you through the process.

Do I Need Fire Suppression?

Yes, if cooking with open flames. A fire suppression system automatically disperses extinguishing chemicals and shuts off the gas if temperatures exceed 450–500°F. A K-class fire extinguisher is also included. Local regulations may require it.

Do I Need a Generator?

If you are not at a permanent location with land power, a generator is required.

How Do I Know If My Food Truck Is Big Enough?

Consider your menu, equipment, and storage needs. Options like work-top refrigeration, stainless-steel cabinets, and shelving help maximize space. Keep in mind: there is never enough room in a food truck.

Do You Sell Used Food Trucks?

Yes, we can convert pre-owned trucks while installing all-new equipment and interiors.

Do You Export Food Trucks Internationally?

Will I Need to Pay Sales Tax?

If picking up in Florida, you pay 6% Florida sales tax. Your local DMV may require you to pay the difference in state tax.

Can You Put Graphics on My Food Truck?

Yes. Graphics are usually included. We connect you with a professional graphics company, or you may use your own provider.
